At House of Mr Green, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since plants are live and delicate products, our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to ensure fairness and plant safety.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are only accepted for damaged, incorrect, or unhealthy plants received during delivery.
• Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Clear photos and videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.

2. Exchange Policy

• Eligible products may qualify for replacement or exchange depending on stock availability.
• Exchanges are processed after reviewing the reported issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Healthy plants with natural variations in size, color, or shape
• Products damaged due to improper care after delivery
• Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery
• Customized or specially prepared orders

4. Shipping Conditions

• Slight leaf stress, minor soil movement, or small cosmetic changes during shipping are considered normal for live plants.
• We carefully pack all plants to minimize shipping damage.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds may be approved only in eligible cases where replacement is not available.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
